1-year student lisence

Hello, I am in a competition called f1 for schools and I need to use the student licence, I am in 9th grade and I have tried to get this licence with various emails but it always shows me the same thing, I verified my account and tried almost everything. It always says. I will attach a screenshot, can someone from the support team help me with this issue as I seriously need to use this program.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the difficulty you were having.

We looked into this and it looks like you were able to verify your eligibility on 11/23/2021 and get your Fusion 360 education subscription the same day.

Is that correct?

If you have additional difficulty, you can always submit a case to our education support team via AVA.
