Hello!

I tried to install the latest update but it did not get through. As suggested on the Forum I did a clean manual uninstall and tried again but still no luck.

I have seen the other posts here on the Forum and tried most that was suggested there but I have to say this is all very confusing for me so I probably messed up somewhere 😞

Please check my error log and point me to the righ direction, any help is greatly appreciated. (I am on a home PC with no network, just a wireless connection, Win 10)

Hi,

try this:

Create a new Windows user > install Fusion there > start F with your known account

I tried that but unfortunately only got the same message back.

It turns out it was the Windows Firewall that blocked the installation.

I now feel stupid (i thought I checked that first) and fuming that Windows cant give us a better explanation when something like this happens....
