Where may users make requests for features, tools, or program changes to Fusion 360

In this forum post https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-feedback-hub/how-to-use-the-fusion-360-feedback-hub/td-p/9066013 it seems that users are not able to make requests. Is my understanding correct or is there a different place to make these requests.

Also, there is a phrase that I am unable to find a definition for: "green field" in this sentences: "We are no longer accepting green fields ideas from the general community, and as such people who aren't employed by Autodesk cannot author posts here."

What is a 'green field'?

I read the link that followed and still I am unsure that there is a place for users to make requests, or none at all. The feeling I have is that requesting new features, or changes to features is not allowed from users.

Please set me straight if I am wrong.

"green field" here really just means "new features". Yes, the old IdeaStation was shut down - basically, we just could not even begin to keep up with the volume of requests, so it was pointless to keep gathering requests that we could not commit to delivering. The Feedback Hub exists for the Fusion team to propose new features, and get feedback on those proposals, which is why you cannot create new requests there. As to where you can make requests, for Design requests, I would recommend just posting on the general forum board here: fusion-360-design-validate . You won't necessarily get feedback on whether the request will be implemented or when, but we do read these posts, and sometimes use that to help prioritize development.
