Personal License Data Only Shows Editable Design Files, Can't Find Any Read Only Files

Hello, I am a student learning Fusion 360 from tutorials and by doing. I am making progress but I notice that the only files I can access or see are the editable ones. Since I have a limit of 10 editable files, I am hesitant to make any more files read only until I can understand how to get them back again. I have looked at the forum topics and help files in Fusion 360 but don't see an answer to the question. Thanks in advance for any help.

I believe you are only looking in the My Editable Documents Project. Touch the small house icon to look at other projects. Screencast will show what I mean.
