Shift KeyS Not working

Shift keys no longer work in fusion360.
Shift keys on my Dell keyboard do not work in Fusion360
Shift Key on my Logitech Keypad does not work in Fusion360
All shift keys work in every other program as designed.
I read all the related forum topics.
I performed all the related tasks.
Shift buttons still not working with any device within Fusion360.

Please help.

You should not use the Shift key to select a command in Fusion 360. It may show a capital "E" for Extrude, on the menu, but all you need to press is "e" on the keyboard, without the Shift key, to select the command.

can you explain what you mean by "Shift Keys do not work?" I was able to create sketch text with both upper and lower case letters, so clearly the shift key works here.

If you are talking about hotkeys, I just tried assigning "n" to Loft, and "N" is already assigned to Component Color Cycling. Each of those commands' hotkeys work - "n" brings up Loft, and "N" toggles Component Color Cycling.

If you can show exactly what does not work, it would be helpful.

I appreciate the help here.

The Orbit function is the only use I had for the shift button.
When the orbit function stopped, I related it to the shift keys.
I tested all my shift keys, on all my devices, with no luck in Fusion360.
I tried using my extra mouse.
The issue persisted.
I tried all the drivers and other fixes. No luck.
Although unlikely, I thought that maybe there was a driver issue with my mouse regarding the middle click.

I then found a topic related to my mouse (Logitech G602) on this forum.
Similar issue.
Apparently these mice have issues with middle click functionality.
But, on BOTH of my G602's?
At the same time?

YEP!
Problem solved. Just blow some air into the wheel assembly.
Sorry for wasting resources here.
What is the chances of two devices having exact same issue at same time? lol.

Glad I bought a lotto ticket today!
