Sign in each time

Hello,

After each start up of the fusion360 software, if I want to access the Administration section (Extension manage > Process > Administration > Workspace Manager for example), I have to sign in again. I have already signed in for the fusion 360 application so why do I need to sign in again to access to section of the Manage extension ?

The "stay signed in" checkbox doesn't work.

I have the same problem with the "don't ask again ..." checkbox of the double authentication.

Am I the only one with this problem ?

Delete the checkbox or correct the function but don't keep a function which doesn't work properly.

Hi @莫凡法, thanks for posting and sorry for late reply.

Our developers are aware of this issue and they are working on a solution. If you, as the admin, are frequently using the Administrator tab to make some changes, our suggestion, as a temporary workaround, is to open it in a web browser and apply the changes through there.

Log into your hub on myhub.autodesk360.com.
Click your initials or profile picture icon (top-right corner).
Open your hub.
Choose Process button (top-right corner).
Go to the drop-down menu (top-left corner) and click the Administration tab.
Select Workspace Manager.

I'm just a personal use/hobbyist user of the software, and all of a sudden I need to sign in every time. No ability to save User/PW. I've changed my PW to see if that might "jar something loose," but still need to re-login each time (and since I've got a separate issue going on with Fusion, I'm having to do this over and over).
