How far away are Assembly Configurations & Assembly Features from being included in Fusion 360 Design Workspace?

I cannot really speak for the Fusion 360 team, but I'd say, based on some feedback, configurations incl. Assembly Configurations at least 6 month if not a year.

I've not heard anyone talking about assembly features and only few requests for that are posted here on the forum.

@jeff_strater maybe on of you guys can chime in here.

@r_goulter - as much as I'd like to, we are not allowed to comment on expected delivery dates of things. I can say that configurations is currently in progress, so we definitely understand the importance of that requirement.

Regarding Assembly Features: Just to be clear that we are both talking about the same thing (that term can be a bit vague). I assume "Assembly Features" to mean: A geometric feature which applies to only a subset of the instances of a component, but the component otherwise retains associativity to other instances of that component. Currently in Fusion, if you make a geometry change to a component, all instances of that component are updated to reflect the new geometry. An "Assembly Feature", then, allows you to, say, modify only one instance, and add, say, a hole or fillet to only that instance, but if other geometry, say, a base sketch or extrude, changes, all instances are updated, and the assembly feature is applied after the update, and still only affects that instance. If that maps to your definition, then, as @TrippyLighting implied, that is not currently in our roadmap. It does come up from time to time, but, surprisingly, not really as often as I would have expected.
