WHY is flat pattern orientation still not adjustable?

This is so frustrating for me.

I make sheet metal parts and assemblies in Fusion360 and this has been a problem for over 5 years.

WHY?

Even redefining the "TOP" view doesn't fix the issue because the pick points don't change.

I just want to put bend dimensions on my parts without doing a 5 minute workaround on HUNDREDS of parts.
