Loft - Self intersection or bad geometry

Hello Team

I am struggling to create a loft with a sketch that has a rounded corner. All lines intersect and I am using two profiles and a centreline. I have tried removing the rounded corner and placing a line across the corners but have the same issue.

The one problematic point/corner seems to fold on itself.

Please help

I seem to be having the edge curling issue not just on the fourth mentioned corner but on multiple sketches and corners when using the loft feature.

Maybe it is a directional thing...
I am lost and need help please

Couple of ways to control that shape,

You may want to remove a few spline points.

Unfortunately, the suggested solution won't work here. I need to make a loft using surfaces and the rail used that is perpendicular to the flat face does not exist more am I able to break the continuous spline line.

Surface or solid - uses the same geometry.

Centreline rail is causing your distortion.

Check my second version selections.
