topic Inconsistent error accessing fusion browser version in Fusion Support Forum

Usually, when accessing fusion, I receive the error "504 Gateway Time-out." I assume this means the page wasn't able to load? Anyways, this happens when I click on "Launch Fusion," and the browser shows it's preparing to load, but doesn't ever end up loading. Sometimes though, it does work, and it works perfectly, leading me to believe it's an issue on your end. I have attached a transcript of my previous conversation with an agent, as well as the screenshot of the error page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

So, like, is nobody going to answer? I was told to put my question here, but nobody is even trying to help. It is an issue, and I do need it fixed. Please reply if you have a solution.
