Hello,

I am new to Autodesk Fusion. I just installed it as academic licensed. In Abos/Contracts it tells me 250 List Places and due date 12.12.2025.

However, if I try to run a simulation, i always get some kind of error like this:

Connecting Rod Assembly v2: Simulation Model 1 - Studie 1 - Statische Spannung
_____ 2024-12-16 21:39:12 _____
Dokument wird in den Cloud-Speicher hochgeladen. Cloud-Job ist ausstehend.
Lösung wird gestartet
Fehler: Lösung kann nicht gestartet werden, da kein Speicher dafür in der Cloud eingerichtet werden konnte

Can someone give me advice where the problem lies?

I think the problem was maybe, that I was missing the Autodesk Desktop Connector installation. I downloaded it, but maybe the installation was missing. A bit confusing installation here.

Hi @richard_polzer,

Fusion Simulation solves shouldn't rely on Desktop Connector. Perhaps the timing was a coincidence.

In case you encounter the issue again, please attach the Fusion log files when this happens:

Help pull-down (upper right of the UI) > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files
