Fusion Lockup Win11 from Hidden Fusion Dialog Box

I am seeing Fusion 'lock out' the Design GUI Window - caused by the 'Save' dialog getting push behind the Fusion Design GUI Window. This is known issue with Windows - and setting Dialog boxes 'Modal' when the main Fusion GUI window is also set to 'Modal' [I am a software programmer].

This is caused by clicking off of Fusion when the Save or other dialogs are open...like clicking over to your eMail program in the middle of working with Fusion....

When this happens: Clicking on the Fusion Main Design GUI Windows causes a Windows 'bonk' sound - and you cannot actually click anywhere on the Fusion program window. [Because the 'Save' dialog box is open - yet under the Fusion Design window.] the only recovery is to kill Fusion in the windows task manager.

This is much worse when Fusion is not full screen. The fix is to fix the code on the 'Save' Dialog to 'Be frontmost' and check this about every 100msec - this will push the Save dialog on top of the Fusion design window - should the user click off of Fusion and on another Windows application.

I have also seen this happen from the drawing > Revision block dialog - which tends to appear nearly off the edge of the main Fusion design window.

Hi @jackX2B6R, I am not able to reproduce this behavior on my devices. Would you mind please including a full desktop recording of how you are getting into this state?

Autodesk Error reporting states this is a known problem with the latest Win11 update 24...and to rollback

...Unfortunately, you cannot roll back Win11 v24 to 23 easily....at all.

Do you mean the Crash Error Reporter? Do you have a report # I could look up?

It's becoming a bit of a nightmare, honestly.

When the error reporter tells you if an issue is known or not, it should also include a number for the report you submitted. Outside of that, I can look up your submitted reports by account email.
