I had a problem with my old payment method and had to change because one month subscription fee that was not payed. I got a message that wanted me to activate the trial period for the simulation extension but after having changed payment method the trial countdown continues.

I want to keep using the simulation extension like I have before I got the payment issue.

Hi @melfio ,

Sorry to hear that. Are you still experiencing this issue? Just to check - did you buy monthly/annual access to the Simulation extension, or were you paying per cloud solve using cloud credits? Do you have any invoices or statements that you can send me via a direct message?

If you can DM me that information, as well as the email address you used to purchase, I can definitely dig into this.

Thanks,
