Make sure your model units are correct, import the DWG. While in the sketch, you can use the Scale command to scale it back to the size you need.

I imported a DWG from a client. It should show inches but everything is MM. A doorway which should be 36 inches is showing 360mm. How can I fix it to be inches again?

I went ahead and created a Screencast where I double the size of my very simple AutoCAD drawing. My ration was 2:1, yours will be different if scaling down.

The only issue with this I have found is when going into manufacturing it changes the scale back... Meaning if I open a DXF,DWG file that was created in inches it will import as metric on the design portion. But when you go to manufacture it will import correct as inches. However, if you change the scale in Design to match how it was supposed to be imported, and go to manufacture it will change back to metric.
