Hello

I am new to fusion, trying to experiment with making a curvature continuous rounded rectangle body.

I have set up 3 profiles of the desired shape, extruded them into surfaces, however the 'match' feature would not let me select the single desired edge on those surfaces. The match feature does work when matching T-spline to the sketches, however the only continuity I can have is G0...

Please advice and thanks for your time 🙂

The file can be accessed here https://a360.co/3H1PVeq

Why T-spline?

Surface Loft, will do as you wish.

Might help.....

To create geometry with good, curvature continuous (G2) surface transition across all surfaces I would not use T-Splines. Particularly not if the objects geometry is rather simple as is this case here.

It is a widespread misconception that T-Spline geometry is generally G2 curvature continuous. That is true only across surface transitions terminating in a vertex with 4 edges, circled in green in the image below.

That is NOT the case for surface transition ending in poles (Sub-D terminology) or also called star points in Fusion 360's T-Spline lingo. Circled in red. It is difficult and often impossible to create T-Spline topology that avoids poles.
