Hi,

We identified an issue recently that might be related to your experience that is now fixed. Can you try these steps and let me know if it helps?

1. Restart Fusion 360

2. Try your workflow again

Thanks,

Hi,

Since few days I have problem with load most of my designs stored in the cloud. When I try to open it throws download errors.

I made little debug and it seems that you have some issues with DNS records.

In my ApplLogFile are following entries:

Could not resolve host: cdn.us.oss.api.autodesk.com

I checked my DNS and it throws sugnarure errors for this sudomain OK, answered by dns.opendns.com#53 BOGUS (NSEC(3) missing)

DNS record analysis reveals some configuration problems https://dnsviz.net/d/cdn.us.oss.api.autodesk.com/dnssec/

That's great to hear.

I have a small request. It turns out your log files might help diagnose the root cause. If you have a few minutes, please gather your Fusion 360 log files from Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log files. This will produce a zip file you can email to me at phil dot eichmiller at autodesk dot com.

Please refer to this post in your email so I can track it properly. Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards,
