Hi,

We identified an issue recently that might be related to your experience that is now fixed. Can you try these steps and let me know if it helps?

1. Restart Fusion 360

2. Try your workflow again

Thanks,

Hi,

For the the last two days I am having problem with "...unable to validate a security certificate..." error message. I am also having problem with Fusion 360 is not responding just after signing in.

I tried to find solution on different forums but without luck.

I changed proxy settings to "no proxy" and it did not help. I reinstalled fusion 360 couple of times but it also did not help. I uninstalled norton product to be sure it's the cause of my problems but I got the same result.

I looked into logs and found the following error:

"

20220221T234606 E 3288 Network failed request - response NOT OK:
URI:https://developer.api.autodesk.com/fhq/v1/spaces?type=FLC&fusionId=
...X-Request-ID: ContentBrowser_3abda75a-7f1d-40a6-bf44-47defad8d965__GET_FLC_URN_GET_FLC_URN
...response: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
Connection: keep-alive
Content-Length: 419
Content-Type: application/json
Date: Mon, 21 Feb 2022 22:46:06 GMT
Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains
X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
X-Frame-Options: DENY
X-Request-ID: ContentBrowser_3abda75a-7f1d-40a6-bf44-47defad8d965__GET_FLC_URN_GET_FLC_URN
X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block

{"requestId":"ContentBrowser_3abda75a-7f1d-40a6-bf44-47defad8d965__GET_FLC_URN_GET_FLC_URN","httpStatus":400,"detailedMessage":"Error while trying to Process Request. I am using single one so obiously that's not the case. I am attaching log file with mentioned error. Maybe it will help.

Kind regards,

Piotr

That's great to hear.

I have a small request. It turns out your log files might help diagnose the root cause. If you have a few minutes, please gather your Fusion 360 log files from Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log files. This will produce a zip file you can email to me at phil dot eichmiller at autodesk dot com.

Please refer to this post in your email so I can track it properly. Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards,
