This all started when I lost my main project folder, I opened a ticket with the support team and they found that somehow, a member of a separate team that I was in was able to archive a project that I was the owner of, without my knowledge or access to (it was not under in my archives). They kept claiming that I was under a team account when I made that folder, but I'm sure it was in my personal hub.

Once they realized this, they closed the case and asked myself and the other user to both open separate tickets to transfer that project folder to me. This is where it went wrong, unfortunately, they actually transferred his WHOLE personal storage account to me (his business name and everything). I now have 2 personal hubs and he has none. We have done many zoom meetings and spent hours of our time with the support team and they cannot fix this issue.

we can work around it a little now, but my main concern is, if in the future one of us decides to cancel their fusion subscription, the other will lose files, and who knows which ones because the permissions are all mixed up.
