I have a dog tag business and my fixture holds 20 tags. In August 2019 my fusion post of the G code would post G54-G59 and then from there it would go G59 P7, G59 P8, G59 P9 and so on up to the 20 tag fixture. I had to make some changes to the file and now my post processor goes from G54-G59 and then does G59 P1, G59 P2, G59 P3 etc... My Mach3 fixture table doesn't work with the new posting from Fusion like it did a couple of years ago. How can I get it to post G59 P7 and up like it used to do?

Didn't know how to edit the post but I found the solution. I had to manually edit the Post Processor file to fix it. Also had the same issue with Mach4 and the same edit fixed that one as well. It's an easy fix but too hard to show here unless needed. I did a Youtube video of the problem and solution on my channel if anyone is interested in what I did to correct the problem.

FYI, with Mach4 you could not do anything over G59 and with Mach3 it would leave out 6 parts 59 P1-P6

Thanks

I fixed mine and all good. ALSO, Mach4 doesn't work either. Watch my video to show how I fixed both of them

https://youtu.be/El_91Gx5HHk
