I am trying to align the bottom of the front tire to the neutral ride height plane as well as make the tire parallel to the chassis body using the horizontal midplane. I have tried to use the align tool but it gives me errors in finding a geometry.

Your attached model is just too large to Upload, to the cloud, just for a demo. I created a simpler assembly to demonstrate the process. The Screencast will walk you through the process.

I tried using the method that you showed put I am still getting errors about no alignment suggested by geometry could be found. I think there may be an issue due to all of the joints that the assembly has.

More than likely you are missing two things. Your alignment plane, on the tire, is not a part of the tire component and most probable is that your assembly is not capable of being moved, as an entirety, in the design. Check to make sure there are no grounded components. Due to size of your assembly and all the components have to be upload to the cloud, it makes it extremely hard to remove all of them afterwards. If you cannot get it, I will bite the bullet.

I am meeting on Monday with someone who is also working on this project so we will go over the joints then to see if those are the issue.
