Weird issues with selection / drawing on a sketch plane

For few months now I am having a big issues with Fusion 360, i.e.

I've made a cut 4mm on a surface. Then At the end of that cut I've created another sketch for 3mm, now I cannot select new sketch circle as it selects a circle from a previous finished sketch that is invisible.

There is more weird issues (i.e. I've created a sketch on a plane A, but cannot draw on it, it always select ANY OTHER surface but not sketch plane, I've tried changing my selection/priority but nothing seems to be working).

Previously it worked normally I had no such issues, is this a bug ???
