    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same solution method, just apply the dimensions to the circles you do not want to mover, constrain them, and then apply the tangent constrain to the other circle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very new to fusion 360 ! When I add a circle tangent to 2 other circles it moves the first 2 circles from&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;their&amp;nbsp;original locations.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do not want them to move, YES.&amp;nbsp; All sketch entities should be constrained and related to the Origin of the model.&amp;nbsp; In your case, dimensions, to the circle centers from the origin and/or each other will be the answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is a quick Screencast showing what I wrote about above.&amp;nbsp; I assumed the circle you wanted tangent but it can be any of the three.&lt;/P&gt;

I wanted the 2 circles with dimensions to not move&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and&amp;nbsp; the 3 rd.&amp;nbsp; circle on the right&amp;nbsp; to move only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know there is a way its great software!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bob&lt;/P&gt;</description>
