    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I logged in and yes the recently purchased subscription is showing up on my account. I downloaded the reset tool, extracted it and ran the tool. Opened up Fusion 360 which asked me to sign in and unfortunately I am still getting the (Personal - Not for Commercial Use).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Andrew&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;BR /&gt;I was on a trial and now subscribed to Fusion 360 for 12 months. I closed/ restarted 360 as well as signing out and back in. I am still getting the (Personal - Not for Commercial Use) How to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you do not know where to look, click on Product and Services and look in the list to find your Fusion 360 license.&amp;nbsp; If you do see the license, then you may want to &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-reset-local-login-cache-for-Autodesk-desktop-software.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;try this solution&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I say you downloaded and ran the Reset Tool.&amp;nbsp; You did not say you followed the steps outlined in the instructions.&amp;nbsp; If you did, you will have to wait for an Autodesk Representative to help you out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
