Thanks for the reply Karina,

It appears that www.google-analytics.com is being blocked at my work. Im assuming I'll need to get IT to clear the url for fusion 360 to finish booting?

Im getting the following error when I try to start with a fresh install of Fusion 360 "Unable to connect to the internet, Please check your network connection. You need to sign into your Autodesk Account to use Fusion 360". Ive attempted some of the fixes people have suggested with similar issues such as checking the firewall settings and cleaning the computer of Fusion 360 for a fresh install but none have worked. Any help would be appreciated. Ive attached the log file from the error.

It does appear that you're not able to connect to the internet with Fusion. Can you try launching the Fusion Service Utility and running a network diagnostics test?

If you can share the results here that would help diagnose what is blocking the connection.

Hm, I don't think that google analytics should prevent you from launching. Have you tried opening Fusion on a different network outside of work? Maybe a hotspot or at home?

I just gave it a shot on my hotspot and the same error is appearing. I also ran the network diagnostic test on the mobile hotspot and it returned the same results with google-analytics being blocked.

Can you try accessing this URL in a browser (preferably chrome) and screenshot the results:
https://ui-dls360.autodesk.com/fusion/version.txt

If there's something blocking you from accessing that URL, then that will tell us which program.
