Fusion 360 freezes when Quit while files still uploading

If several designs are edited and saved, the Releasing Reservation symbols can take too long to disappear, indicating that the files are not uploading for some reason. Closing the Fusion 360 window brings up a warning that there are Uploads Pending. Pressing Quit Now causes Fusion to freeze. Once force closed and re-opened, the message "CB_NA. System in offline state" apprears at top left for a few seconds, then disappears and an Upload Status at bottom left shows the pending files being uploaded promptly. The support article "Fusion 360 is stuck in offline/maintenance mode" does not seem the answer as Fusion 360 is not stuck in offline/maintenance mode

Looks like the same issue as mentioned in "fusion 360 very slow when close application". If the Quit Now option is not clicked, and Fusion 360 is left open, the files will eventually upload but this can take a long time
