I am a high school tech support person with multiple computers with the same issue. We are running Fusion360 lab install under an educational license. Fusion360 opens in offline mode and gives no option to do anything but click okay which force quits the application. The computers are clearly connected to the internet, In one instance, Fusion detected an open session on another computer, and then after choosing to close that session proceeded to say Fusion is offline. I have tried the suggestions of; changing the read permissions on the Autodesk folder and deleting the offline cache XML files. I am unable to create a diagnostic log. I uploaded the streamer file instead. Maybe that provides some information?

New installation shows no error to installation. From log file, I see that you have version 2.0.12670 admin installer. Could you please try with the most recent build 2.0.12888?
If you still faced issue, run Fusion Service Utility and share the log file. You can run with from command line
"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\{id}\Fusion360.exe" -serviceUtil
Thank you.

I downloaded the new version. I tried it first on my computer. Installed fine and seems to be maintaining online mode. I then installed on it one of the student workstations. At the end of the install some long-winded error message popped up, but I closed it and tried executing Fusion anyway. Still got the offline mode issue. But I was able to access the diagnostics, so I have attached it.

I ran the new version on a different student station. Note-I am not uninstalling the older version. This time there was no errors during install. Fusion did open/connect properly. I will test the workstation again on Monday. And I will also have a student try. Thank you for the help.
