Sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your crash reports and all of them were related to ADSSO component and it is due to conflicting components across Autodesk products. This is a known issue on Mac OS and our development team is working on the fix of this problem. You should be installed another Autodesk product on this machine, such as AutoCAD, Maya, Screencast etc. Currently, can you have a try the below method:

Go to YOUR DRIVE/Library/Application support/ (Note this is not your users/Library). In here you should either find an Autodesk/AdSSO or AdSSO that has a AdSSO - v2 file. Delete the entire AdSSO

Very important next step is EMPTY YOUR RECYCLE BIN

If you are in a tight spot and need to get something done in Fusion and don't have another computer to use. You can try to uninstall other Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Maya, Screencast) temporarily, that may serve as a work-around.

Thanks,

I am using Fusion 360 on an educational license. I tried downloading and running the Voronoi sketch generator and couldn't get it to run initially, however, I began getting incessant error popups whenever I opened Fusion 360. I'd send the error reports and after 10-15 popups, it would stop and Fusion 360 would run fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled Fusion 360 multiple times but the error does not go away. The sketch generator finally showed up and started running after the 3rd or 4th reinstall of Fusion 360. I'm not sure why. But, the error popups continue. I've received several emails from Autodesk without a resolution and their last email referred me to the forums stating someone from product support would answer as the problem was "internal to the software." All of the error reports were submitted under my email bonjohnit@gmail.com. Hopefully this will allow you to look them up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Regards,

John

I have had a very similar experience. Consistent dialogue box popping up saying Fusion had closed unexpectedly (it hadnt). Some discussions with someone from the support group - but told me essentially - "oh well we tried a few things (clean install, remove AdSSo v2 etc) but because youre not a full fee paying consumer I cant really help - try the knowledge network" - so here I am with a still malfunctioning product...

Thanks Stephen,

I appreciate the response.

I think this issue started when I installed screencast - before that I didn’t have a second auto deck product installed.

I have tried to resolve this problem once before and I could not find an Adsso file anywhere to delete. I have done a clean install.
Thanks Steven,

A conflict with AutoCAD seems to have been my issue. I did a clean install of both AutoCAD and Fusion 360 awhile ago and then reinstalled Fusion 360 and it has been working fine since.

Regards,

John
