Circular Dependency Error Preventing Construction Geometry and Component Creation.

When trying to create an axis through a cone (drafted hole in a boss created with the Product Design Extension) I get "Error: Circular dependency found: from Fillet3 to Combine2.

Last feature in timeline: Combine2
Total 5 features"

The same error comes up when I try to create a new component.

I would attach the exported model but I can't export it due to linked files, and I can't share a link due to some limitation having to do with folder level permissions, but ping me and I'll add you to the project.
