Have you recently changed display resolution or scaling, including when attaching/detaching an external dock or display?

Similar problem was described here but the solution does not apply to my situation as it is not just on the model but it is also affecting other parts of fusion.

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/fusion-doesn-t-know-where-my-mouse-pointer-is/m-p/11076652#M147765

Basically, the cursor is in one position, but the selection is offset by a bit, making it confusing and difficult to select tools. Also, This was not happening a few days ago.

I am using macOC Monterrey on an M1ship

Here is a recording of the problem:

https://youtu.be/u_PfKgVJTv0

I have the same issue after the last 2 updates the pointer is offset making it hard to work. Also for the dropdown menu I have to hold the mouse button for the menu to display properly. The issue is with the trackpad and mouse. After reset the issue persisted even after a pram reset.

I have a MacBook Pro 2.6 ghz intelcore i7

I know this will not be of any help but the issue on my end resolved after a week. I tried everything without luck and even got used to the new quirks. After a week, the issue resolved but sadly I do know how what did the trick.

Best of luck!

Valar512

Mac M1max

OSmonterey

We are tracking this issue internally as FUS-109399, the current workaround is to reset/resize the window - I double click on the top bar of the window and that resolves it for the session.

I figured it out, at least for Mac User, the problems is caused when starting fusion in fullscreen mode, to get rid of it just leave fullscreen mode , close fusion and then open it again and the problem disappears.

Now it works in fullscreen and in window correctly .

Unplugging monitor only , doesn't solve the problem.

MacBook Pro 2019 , newest macOS .

I looked further down in the comments. I saw one from a couple of years ago. Try clicking on the top of the page and pull down slightly to get it to come out of full screen, or click the box to make it come out of full screen (restore down) and that fixed it for me. Something about being in full screen screws it up.
