STEP had the same issue. STL imports but is all triangles. It can work but I'd really prefer if Solidworks or STEP imported properly. If I want to build off the object I want clean geometry so I prefer Autodesk fix their importers...

I am moving a model from Onshape to Fusion 360 to use its CAM. I exported out of Onshape as Solidworks. When I import it into F360 I get bad geometry on the corner shown.

I imported the Onshape Solidworks export back into Onshape and it looks good - see below.

Onshape - Solidworks output reimported.

I don't have any other CAD software to check or fix this. Any ideas how to get a good import into F360?

Try exporting a neutral format such as SAT or STEP from Onshape instead of a Solidworks format. I would try STEP first.
