So perhaps just to clarify the video a bit more.
There is about 10 seconds of not responding after switching to tabs that consist of multiple parts or an extensive amount of features.

10 seconds might not seem like a big deal, but it freezes the browser panel witch sometimes also leads to a fusion crash. Windows at least shows "not responding" ("reageert niet" in Dutch) as can also be seen in the video.

Hi There,

I notice that when i have two parts open, when switching from one to the other and back to the it takes a long time to load.

Even without changing a single thing.

It is most apparent with assemblies, so i get the idea that fusion tries to reload everything on a tab switch.

Is there a way to maintain all opened models in tabs truly open/active or at least in memory?

Hello @tomHJB4M ,

Would you please record a video to show the lag? Probably it is design related issue that I wasn't able to see the delay with switching designs.

I have attached two recordings of the "issue". I recorded one using the Xboxgamebar in Windows so probably that seems to not have captured the browser tree. (The second video shows it, but has is lower quality)

As can be seen the part opens fine. And is responsive right away (I can rotate it directly).

But when i click back to the big assembly, it takes time and crashes the Browser tree temporarily.

The CPU is almost idle Betwen 10~20% and RAM usage is constant during the switches.
