Unable to render Ground Reflection (despite showing up in Render Preview)

I'm having trouble rendering ground reflections on one of my models.

When in the render workspace, the reflection and shadow show up fine. Here is a screenshot of the render preview and the environment settings.

Now, once it is rendered, this is the image that I get. Notice that it has no ground shadow or reflection.

Here is a screenshot of my graphics diagnostic:

The reason I know it is not my computer is reflections work fine on another model.

And the final render, showing that reflections work fine.

Troubleshooting I have tried:

Tried different Environments

toggled each setting in the environments panel

restarted Fusion 360

restarted my PC

Messed with in-canvas render settings

None of these had any effect.

Can you help me figure out why fusion won't render shadows and reflections for this model?

With the file I downloaded I don't see the problem you describe:

In general it is better to create a your own ground plane and not rely on the built-in ground plane.

That offers much better control over all aspects of the ground material.

Thanks for the help and for giving it a shot. To confirm, did you try rendering the model, or just previewing the render? Because the problem is only visible in the processed render. It looks fine in my render preview as well. The problem occurs in the results of using this dialogue:

Also, I'm not familiar with creating my own ground plane. I searched for creating a ground plane, and all I could find is the checkboxes that I am using in the scene settings. How do you define a custom ground plane like you are advising?

I can reproduce the problem with the attached dataset in Local Render, and I've created a bug to track this internally FUS-107543. We'll investigate and let you know once we have more progress in addressing it.

@WillHarrisProxy I used the canvas render, but not the local render.

If you don't want to rely on the built-in ground plane you'll simply have to model a ground plane and assign an appearance material to the object.
