Construction plane along path - How to maintain the angle of the plane?

When I use the Plane Along Path, if the dialog box is open, it shows the plane at an angle. This is the angle that I need to sketch on. The "up" direction of my sketch surface needs to be offset from the global coordinate plane.

However, when I press OK, the angle of the plane disappears and the plane is reset to the global coordinate plane.

How can I preserve the skewed plane to sketch on?

Well that's unfortunate... I went to export my file and evidently it got corrupted during the save, crashed Fusion 360, and my work was lost (no recovery files available)

I guess I will have to recreate this and get back to you later

Hi,

If your file is stored in the Data panel, it will still exist in that location after a failed export.
