Black boxes showing up on PDF underlay when importing

Has anyone encountered this before and know what might be the cause or resolution?

When we import into autodesk from a construction plan, random black boxes show up and block the underlay when importing. The pdf itself doesn't have these, and they only show up in autodesk after importing.

Are you sure that you have the correct Forum? This is the Fusion 360 Support Forum, do you want to post to the Autodesk AutoCAD forum? Fusion 360 does not have PDF import ability.
