Universal Model Sharing

I'm having trouble with the model library built into Fusion 360. For whatever reason, my colleagues and I can see each other's models in the library, but we have to request, and then be granted, permission to open and edit. However, this is a bit inconvenient if someone is on vacation and someone else needs to access a model. Is there a way to make access to the models in the library universal?

From your brief description, I have guessing your need to edit the Project Members Roles. In the Fusion 360 Web Database, navigate to the project you want to share and change the role of the Project Members.

That works on a case-by-case basis. I'm looking to just make it universal for all projects.

You will have to add user rights per project, there is no universal setting that covers all projects because many times people need different project settings.
