      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to cancel my auto renewal Fusion subscription but I am not able to manage my subscription for Fusion in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Subscriptions and Contracts, the page just never load. After contact with live chat, I just got respond of "I checked this issue with my team, as it was purchased from Digital River and this is currently in transition state, and it will not renew as well. So, we &lt;STRONG&gt;can't be able to cancel this license&lt;/STRONG&gt;. "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As a cloud focus software, their website is super slow &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt; What's wrong with Fusion now?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope someone in the community can help me with this. As it's in transition state we can't be able to change it, but it will &lt;STRONG&gt;not auto-renew I'm pretty sure&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This information we got from our internal team. SO, please don't worry and it &lt;STRONG&gt;will not auto-renew&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Thanks! Best regards, Aravind Autodesk Client Services"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The case number is&amp;nbsp;24273007, and the case is closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope it really don't charge me again on the date, starting to lost trust on Fusion&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":neutral_face:"&gt;😐&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
