All my read-only files disappeared after re-install; editable files still accessible

I was having some trouble with Fusion 360 and eventually re-installed it. My editable file still exist, my user account with Autodesk still exists, but all my read-only files and projects have vanished. Are the gone forever, or is there a way I can recover them?

Thank you, Phil. Those articles got me poking around until more or less by accident I changed the project list selection:

All Projects

Pinned

Owned by Me

Shared with Me

from "Pinned" to "Owned by Me" and as if by magic everything reappeared. I have no idea how it got changed to "Pinned."
