I Can't Find An Official Statement On Design Data Security

Hi!

I've been unable to find a statement from Autodesk on if my design files (both mechanical and Eagle) are secure and not accessible by Autodesk or 3rd parties. This is a serious concern that is preventing me from using Fusion 360 as my design platform. It's not an issue with trust per se, it's more of a legal technicality. In a situation where my IP was stolen, the defendant could otherwise point my lack of security for my files containing IP, as a way to claim that it had become public knowledge. This would not be a small legal issue if something like this occurred.

My hope is to find a policy statement from Autocad on this, so that I can move ahead with a subscription. Hopefully that statement, if it exists includes design file encryption.

Any help or comments much appreciated!

I have looked at those links and while I can find a great deal about personal data, I still can't find a policy statement about the security of design files or design data.

I'll try emailing again - something I've already done once without a positive outcome, but if you know of something I don't, please don't hesitate...
