Problem with Fusion360 ios app

Hey guys! Lately I've been learning a bit of Fusion360. I even installed the Fusion360 app on my ipad to be able to show my partner my progress.

The problem in question is that when I open a file to visualize it, I can just see a white background with some buttons at the left and bottom of the screen.

I do not see the render at all. The only way of seeing the render is actually sliding my finger through the screen. As soon as I place one finger in the screen, I can see the render and move it around.

If my fingers come off of the screen, it goes back to white again.

Is this an intended behavior? It also happens in the A360 ios app.

Currently running iPad OS 16.0 latest beta and Fusion360 app version 2.5.0.1.

Same deal. I thought it stopped working before I installed the betas on my phone and iPad, but maybe that's the cause. Hopefully it works in RC or release.

We have got to know of this issue from one other source as well. We are analyzing this and will get back soon.

One quick question, is this happening for all 3d models or some specific type?

No, the viewport doesn't work on iOS 16. The actual 3D image only shows when the user manipulates the view. Other than that, it's empty.

It’s happening on the iPhone app as well. Worked fine before iOS 16.

Same here, If you hold your finger on the screen the image appears and can rotate move ect. As soon as you take finger off screen the image ghosts

same issue here while you hold your finger down on the screen your model appears and you can rotate it move it etc. As soon as you take your finger back off of the screen, the image ghosts.

I am having the same issue. Used to work perfectly. Now only visual if finger is on screen.

All, update to iOS version 16.0.2 and give it a try, app should work as usual now. Please let me know. Thanks!
