    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, another one of these offline posts. I've searched the forum and tried various methods, clean uninstalled several times, deleting different files to reset the log-in etc. but so far, nothing has been working. I cannot seem to download a diagnostic log file since Fusion only loads and will quit, so I don't have access to the menu/buttons. Application log files: C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs\{there should be some .log files}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Web service log file:&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services\Log\WebServices.log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.
