Timeline Drag and Drop Functionality Not Working At All

Hi, I am running through some basic tutorials related to the feature timeline, and I can't seem to reorganize any features in my timeline. I am attempting to follow Tip #8 in this video. I am unable to drag and drop the fillet feature at all. The vertical line that indicates where the new location will be does not appear. I have tried restarting Fusion, but that did not solve the problem. I remember this feature working a couple months back when I first started with the software, but now it seems to have broken. Is there a preference that has been changed somewhere?

No, nothing has changed here. It works fine for me, in a design I created that seems close to yours. If you share your design here, perhaps we can figure out why your design might be different.

I can move things around like expected with your model. Are you holding the left mouse click to move the feature?

Yes. I try clicking and holding, and selecting the part then holding.

Moving the Fusion Window to my main screen worked! Thanks for the link! Really confusing and kind of frustrating solution though.
