I was able to rename my user account but it did not rename the user account folder so I had to follow a guide on Microsoft help, it involves creating a second admin account so I could modify the existing user folder name. I believe this is what I'm leading to this error. I have both Fusion 360 and Autodesk Inventor installed and they both fail to start.
