OK, I guess I will have to dig deeper.

First thing I notice is that your Sketch1 is not fully defined.

In the Analysis - can you explain why you put a Fixed constraint at a single point?

Hmmm, well I ran the Analysis without issue...

Hi!

Does anybody else have this problem after recent update scrapping the local simulation (which in my modest opinion is a horrible development)? First of all it wasn't clear that you have to install the Simulation Extension now to even start the simulation (button was grayed-out and deal with it). Fine, somehow I found out, but lost some unretrievable time on that. Then another shocker - the extension is only a 7-day trial or a PAID OPTION now?! Well, OK, whatever, I just need a quick static sim to decide on my next steps of my design. And then the banger - simulation FAILED due to UNKNOWN ERROR (repeatedly, tried to restart everything and all). Great. Just great. And I'm supposed to pay for this on top of my subscription??

What's the solution here?

We are also getting this error on all simulations/generative solves. Looks like it has happened after a move to the cloud solve that they have implemented: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/blog/heres-why-were-moving-all-simulation-solves-to-the-cloud/

Many people are reporting the same issue and we have numerous users affected. Not sure about the needs for an extension as we have available cloud credits which should still be available but we can't access them. I think this is part of the fault though as you should be able to use cloud credits until March 23 from my understanding

Thanks for the suggestion, but it still does not work, and gives no information of the problem. The only thing I know is that, based on what the software says, the problem appears during the reception of the file, while it occurs no problem when solving it...

I am a student and I am not an expert, there may be numerous problems, but the strange thing is that I just tried to run the simulation with a model that I did a few months ago and that then solved perfectly, and now it gives me this problem with that too. So it is a general problem, not related to the single project.
