Are the failures of simple static stress solves consistent for the same document/study, or are these failures somewhat random? The next time this happens, could you provide the date and time and what timezone you are in so I can correlate this with GMT, and perhaps the user name/id of the person who ran the job. I can use this to find the job in our logs and do a deeper investigation into the precise failure reason.

Thanks!

This seems to be an intermittent issue but some users are experiencing unknown errors relating to simple static simulation. I have tested the same components and workflows using my own profile Vs problematic profiles and where mine works the problematic user profiles fail. I have attached a screen shot of the Job Status to this support article to show the failure and solve details. Extensions have been assigned to the correct user profiles (although for static not necessarily required) but the problem persists.

Had that problem yesterday, but apparently it's gone after today's update.

Yeah we were experiencing issues with the selection of solve (but only with some user profiles) and the failure of simple static simulations (again only some user profiles). The solve button seemed to be fixed but failures of just simple static simulations is extremely frustrating.

I've added this to see if other users are experiencing the same issues? were currently performing testing again using multiple profiles etc and have raises the case direct with ADSK. Ill add any information I find here to and provide updates where possible.
