Lost all my projects

Fusion was stuck for an entire day trying to save a file I made. So I went in trying to cancel the uploads but nothing worked, I even left it overnight to get stalled upload but nothing happened. So I found that I should clear my cache and the moment I did that I lost pretty much all my projects and their assemblies even the ones I had with teams and I keep getting CB_URF - We're unable to synchronize your projects.

Please try to follow this post, to see if it can help you synchronize the projects that you are missing.

Still nothing I keep getting something went wrong on A360 fusion personal drive and I am unable to find any of my projects except the pinned one that I was working on and even then its not showing in the fusion app. I did manage to recover the pinned project and switch storage but I am unable to sync my personal storage as of it

Hi @abdurrahmans338 have you changed the email address associated with your Autodesk Account recently?

Nope all I did was clear cache as I had 3 project files stuck uploading for 2 days @tasha.addington-ferris
