    <description>&lt;P&gt;Seriously, trying to just open a blank file and work on a design and I can't. I was going to update some tooling but can't do that. At least let us get on the **** program to design. Also, maybe try sending out an email next time you fail this much instead of making us search all over the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sincere appreciation for everyone's patience today.&amp;nbsp; While they are rare, we realize how disruptive these outages are and will be doing a full retrospective to fully understand the issue and how to prevent in the future &amp;amp;/or lessen the impact on your work.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All - as some might have noticed, there is currently an issue with the service that manages user identity for Autodesk.&amp;nbsp; This issue will present problems logging into and using all Autodesk products and services, including Fusion 360 and related applications.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are able, I encourage you to consider &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-work-in-offline-mode-in-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;going offline&lt;/A&gt; until the issue is fully resolved, and if prompted, do not join/create any new Team hubs.&amp;nbsp; While this will not create any issues with your existing data/hub, it could re-set your default hub.&amp;nbsp; If this happens, once services are restored you can follow the guidance &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-change-the-default-Hub-in-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting so stinking tired of these kinds of interruptions.&amp;nbsp; What's wrong with allowing a standalone, non-cloud based design software package for those of us small hobby guys who don't want to pay a huge amount for all these problems with the cloud based version?&amp;nbsp; It is utterly ridiculous that a simple login problem does not even allow the user to use the software that we paid for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree with the above comment, some restitution is in order.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My IT dept spent over 8 hrs. last week trying to understand what the issues is. This software is broken and unusable.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am seeing the same thing - really upset - what a disaster of software design - I bought the license, now I can't login to see all my work from the past many years - completely locked out of the software - If I was just using eagle instead of fusion + eagle I would be fine.&amp;nbsp; Wasted day.&amp;nbsp; If I was considering switching my cooperate team to fusion - now I have a strong reason not to switch to Fusion Electrical Design for my team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
