I haven't been able to successfully generate code with the VSCode post processor extension. It keeps getting an error (Failed to interrogate post processor properties), and just generates some partial code. I've tried it with multiple post processors and cnc files. Any idea what causes this, or how to track it down?

Are you sure the generated code is partial? I also get toast notifications, including "failed to post-process", yet the output is in fact complete and correct.

Then again, if the tool is indeed unable to extract your post's properties you should not be able to see them in the Properties section and thus you may not be able to set them according to your needs. In that case the output may indeed not be what you expect.

There was a shorten output setting that was the culprit. Though the error message was disturbing. But a new VSCode version just dropped and it is no longer getting errors.
