Fusion 360 automatic logout just after autentication

Hello

I have a 3D printer and would like to use Fusion 360 to design some of the projects i try to print.

I'm not able to use the Fusion 360 for personal use. I installed the software on my laptop and my PC and it always does an auto logout right after i entered my password.

When i try to access the fusion web hub it shows me the following error message.

Can someone help me?

Hi @account1

Do you use the Autodesk Desktop App or other Autodesk software on your machine with a different account? These credentials (I believe) all get stored in a similar log and it may be overwriting the stored credentials.

Hi @sutherland-

No i have no other Autodesk software installed on my clients.
I also treid to run it on a new fresh installed Windows 10 virtual machine which has no other software installed.

Same result.
