Extrude multiple posts and keep them the same

I am creating a keyboard case with stand-offs. These posts should all look the same. I started with a sketch and when I extrude, I want to put a constraint on the extrude amount as well as Fillets so all the posts have the same dimensions/operations applied to them. But I realize I'm likely doing something fundamentally wrong.

Here you see two completed studs. I extruded and filleted them individually which isn't ideal. Is there a way to constrain these 3D operations the same way as I did for the sketch shapes? Or could you give some high-level guidance on the approach to use? Just to state the obvious, I need to precisely specify the posts' positions. Thanks for any guidance.

Create one then multiply the feature (e.g. using patterns)

The posts need to be placed carefully but there doesn't seem to be any pattern to them:

One problem I may have is that in the sketch I drew each circle and then added constraints so that their sizes were all the same. I didn't do any sort of "clone" of one to create the others. I'll try that. Thank you for the response.

There are multiple ways to approach this, I would like to see the design that you created.

Could you please share the design by File > Export > *.f3d and attach here to the reply.

For sketch locations like that,

make one complete body. Copy Body, and then Paste, Paste, Paste etc, to the sketch centre point for each post.

When done extrude the plate they are to stand on and they will all be consumed into a single body.

There are several ways to do this.

Another option is named Parameters, that way you change only the parameter value to edit.

Components could also be used, but I don’t think that is the best solution in this case. So many ways…

I'm confused.

In the original post you have mentioned

But the attached design had multiple extrudes with multiple dimensions.

While Extruding itself you can select multiple sketch profiles, If you want to keep same extrude length.

Same applies for fillet as well

The attached version shows where I copied a body. If I change one body, the other one changes too. I wanted to do that with sketch objects...draw one, copy it, then when I extrude one both of them extrude. This might not be possible.

I created a named parameter for the extrusion height and then did a multi-select of the sketch circles. This is doign what I want. For 8 posts it isn't too hard to manually select each one but I would have preferred some linkage such that all operations I do on one will be done on the other.

I ended up using named parameters for the extrude height. Those are really handy and accomplished what I'm after.

2 clicks - window selecting

If not following my copy / paste suggestion, the other way is to Extrude as New Component.

Everything you do to any one of them, after that will follow to all. User parameter or not.

Dave, I may have prematurely discounted your copy and paste suggestion. To place them exactly where I want them in sketch mode, I add dimensions:

These positions are based on ruler measurements I made of the PCB which will sit on these posts. How would I copy and paste those bodies to those positions? Thanks for the handholding. If you give me a couple of words, I will investigate it on my own.

Slightly backwards, you're working too hard.

check the timeline order, I purposefully made the post too high, so that when you change it you will see the answer to the original question, (you can only change 1 because the others follow)
