I extruded to outline "to" the other body hoping this is the thickness you wanted.&nbsp; I have included the model with a .1 mm fillet which I achieve using a Sweep.&nbsp; You can take the fillet radius up to .15 mm is you would like but it fails above that.&nbsp;
